Christmas Carnival Serve Team

We're looking for a band of merry elves to help set up and decorate the gym, teen center, pickleball courts, and front parking lot of the YMCA in preparation for Eastpoint's largest outreach event of the year!

The Christmas Carnival is an all-free event with indoor and outdoor games, cotton candy, popcorn, face painting, pickleball under the stars, and so much more. We want to use this opportunity to LOVE the people of Talbot County in a season where Christ is front and center on people's minds. 

WAYS TO GET INVOLVED:

• Donate prizes! We want to spread Christmas cheer and a little gift is one way we can do that!
• Set up is Saturday, 2 - 4:30 PM
• The event runs from 5 - 8 PM 
  • We're looking for people to run games, snack booths, hot cocoa bar, etc.
• Tear down will be 8 - 9 PM, as we will use that time to set up for Gatherings the next day
